What is the FUEsion For Her Assurance?
The FUEsion For Her Assurance is our industry-first patient guarantee programme, included with every women's hair restoration procedure. It encompasses growth guarantees, artistry commitments, comprehensive aftercare inclusion and a satisfaction pledge — ensuring we are held to the highest standard of accountability for every woman we treat.
Is the Assurance an additional cost?
No. The FUEsion For Her Assurance is automatically included with every procedure at no additional charge. It is part of our standard commitment to every patient and reflects our confidence in the quality of results we consistently deliver to women.
What qualifies as a result not meeting expectations?
Prior to your procedure, your surgeon will document your agreed goals — including hairline design, coverage area and expected density. At your 12-month review, your result will be assessed against these documented benchmarks. If there is a clinically meaningful gap between the agreed and achieved result, the Assurance is activated.
Are there any exclusions to the Assurance?
The Assurance covers results within the parameters established at consultation. It does not cover dissatisfaction arising from unrealistic expectations set contrary to the surgeon's advice, non-compliance with post-operative care instructions, or hair loss in areas unrelated to the procedure zone — including continued natural hair loss progression in untreated areas.
How do I activate the Assurance if needed?
Simply contact the FUEsion For Her patient care team and request a formal result review. Your surgeon will assess your outcome against your documented goals and, where the Assurance criteria are met, arrange the necessary corrective steps — all at no additional cost to you.
Does the Assurance apply to all types of female hair loss?
Yes. The FUEsion For Her Assurance applies to all hair restoration procedures we perform — including androgenetic alopecia, traction alopecia, post-partum hair loss, menopausal thinning and hairline restoration. Your surgeon will advise on candidacy and goal-setting specific to your condition at your consultation.
